Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in human resources services to departments, e.g. headcount planning and monitoring, recruitment and selection, employee communication and engagement
• Provide support to various HR projects
• Administer various company systems and programs, e.g. EHRS, C&B programs
• HR data analysis for preparing HR reports e.g. manpower statistics, management report
• Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required

Requirements:-

• University graduate in HR Management or equivalent
• With minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization(s)
• Well-versed in employment ordinances in Hong Kong, knowledge of PRC labour law is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Excellent in the use of MS Office applications. Proficiency in Excel is required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Less experience will consider as Human Resources Assistant
