Our client is one of the leading IT companies in the market, operating all over the world. Currently looking for an HR professional to join its team of expanding business and assisting HR operations and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Report to HR team head and being the HRBP assisting the HR operation and project if needed (e.g: assist recruitment & selection, HR business planning & projects if needed)
• Strategic support to the HR team and the business unit heads to provide professional advice, use market survey analysis/ report and make recommendation to BUs, ensure HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Closely working with recruitment agencies, vendors and others medium for coping with business expansion and recruitment needs and business units manpower development
• Perform professional HR tasks associated to HK or other regional offices if needed, in plan, develop & execute, strategies input, formulate and reporting to the management
• Promote company core competencies and strengthen colleagues’ cognition and ongoing support to different core values teams and staff activities
• Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed

• Degree holder in HR or business-related
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and recruitment
• Good skills in planning, organizing & execution
• Well versed in labor ordinance and other related legislation is a plus, or worked in sizeable organization, IT industries (IT, R&D, System, Electrics, or Telecom) is preferred
• Detail-oriented, mature, flexible, self-driven and able to solve problems in logical and practical approach
• MUST good in oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
