Responsibilities

• Provide all-round office administration support to the department head and team with daily operation and related activities
• Basic accounting regular purchase of office equipment / stationary and maintenance works for facilities
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Prepare regular administrative reports
• Keep proper filing and transaction records
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

• F. 5 / DSE or above
• At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in office administration
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, initiative, well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and detail-oriented
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
