Responsibilities:

• Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
• Strong Recruitment experience to fulfill company different development needs
• Formulate human resources programs, policies and procedures that are in compliance with all employment related ordinance
• Drive employment engagement by developing various programs
• Champion positive employee and labor relations through strong partnerships

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
• +10 years of well-rounded HR experiences with hands on experience in Recruitment and employees engagement
• Solid recruitment and staff engagement experience in Factory/FMCG/F&B/Retail/ Beauty/Cosmetics/ Insurance/ Properties industries is a must
• Involved in relocation projects experience is a plus
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF schedule ordinance and relevant legislations; knowledge of China labor law and experience coving mainland China will be a plus
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Strong in communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standard, self-disciplined and respect of compliance
• Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing company
