About Our Client (Sizable Manufacturing & Trading Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the trading companies,is now looking for a HR Manager to join their team. The job duties are as follows:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment and selection process, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
• Compile all data needed for the monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal
• Engage in developing and delivering training programs
• Coordinate the company-wide event management
• Provide administrative support to management team
• Perform any ad hoc duties when required

 Requirement 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Around 10 years of relevant HR experience gained from a sizable company
• Exp. in Japanese company is highly preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Japanese speaking is an advantage
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Down to earth, proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented
• Immediate available is highly preferred
