Duties:

• Report to CEO, partner with 1 TA and 1 Junior to oversee group HR duties, with around 90 headcounts in total
• Evaluate the group C&B policy and provide insight on C&B enhancement
• Maintain a positive working culture and employee branding
• Formulate recruitment strategy for the group to maintain stable manpower
• Enhance the efficiency on orientation, retention, and staff promotion
• Serve as a key contact point to deliver message on change in HR policy
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR with at least 3-year experience
• Experience in C&B design and maintenance
• Strong communication skills with different employment level
• Strong command in language
• Strong organizing skill and capability in meeting tight schedule
• Short Notice is preferred
