Responsibilities:

• Strong Global Talent Acquisition experience to fulfil company global development needs
•  Formulate and drive Global Talent Acquisition Strategy to tide with company strategy
•  Expand Global Talent Pool and funnels, including build up the strong global network
•  Establish Global Talents Database and reserve for the future global development plan
• Coach HRBP in different region and make sure can provide recruitment service timely
• Establish Global Talent Acquisition guideline which all HRBPs can follow and provide recruitment service effectively
•  Work with different line managers to understand company needs

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

•   Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
•   +10 years of Global Talent Acquisition
•   Proven track record in MNC Talent Acquisition
•   Involved in relocation projects experience is a plus
•   Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking       ability
•   Strong in communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
•   Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
•   Comfortable working in a fast-growing company

*Remarks: This position work station currently in Kwun Tong and will relocate to HK Science Park in Jul 2022
