Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general customer's enquiry
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement purpose
- Support data entry and provide clerical support to the department
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 1 year related experience
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office
- Chinese Word Processing
- Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
