Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

•          Provide clerical & administrative support on daily operation;
•          To co-ordinate daily office facilities and administrative services;
•          Managing and control of staffs' attendance management system;
•          Organize staffs activities and clerical support in human resources related support

 Requirements:

•          F.5 or above, 1 year relevant experience is preferable   
•          Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and computer operation
•          Written and spoken English and Chinese
•          Mature, multi-tasking, Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility 

Working Hours:

•          Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm (Included one hour meal time)
•          Saturday : 8:00am - 12:00pm  (Alternative Long and Short Week)
