Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded recruitment activities including job posting, screening, conducting interview and support all the onboarding arrangement
• Participate in job fairs and explore various recruitment channels
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing & report preparation, etc.
• Support all the offboarding procedure and conduct exit interviews
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Familiar with multiple job posting channels
• Proactive, cheerful, well-organized with can-do working attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
