• Provide support to the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee development planning and employee relations in a quality and timely manner
• Maintain and update staff records, filing system and the renewal of insurance
• Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment/ facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal & etc.
• Co-ordinate and organize company activities and events
• Participate in ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with min 5 years solid Human Resources and Admin experience with regional exposure in APAC
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF and other Human Resources related statutory regulations
• Self-discipline, positive, proactive, efficient and a good team player
• Able to work multi-tasking and with good business sense
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English
• Good PC knowledge in MS office include word, excel and Chinese Word Processing
• More experiences would be considered as Manager position.
• Immediate available is preferred
