Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all receptionist duties including but not limit to handle income phone calls, managing courier services, and greeting visitors
- Perform administrative tasks, including office maintenance, office procurement, stationery ordering etc.
- Manage reception area, conference rooms and pantry.
- Manage attendance system, including stores and office
- Assist on HR administration, includes check store timecard, interview arrangement and store pay-slips printing
- Perform ad-hoc office administrative support and tasks assigned by department head
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or business-related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of confidently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Chinese and English typing
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
