• Provide full spectrum of secretary support to the Director Office for general office and personal matters
  
• Provide administrative support to the Director Office
  
• Liaise with customers for orders follow up & logistic arrangement
  
• Support travel arrangements, accommodations for senior management
  
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

We require:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative and secretarial experience
• Mature, well-organized, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure
  
• Good command of English and Mandarin
  
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
  
• Immediately available is highly preferred
