What you'll be doing 

This is a varied and challenging role sitting at our global headquarter where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group and make direct impact. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Provide end-to-end talent acquisition solution and services across multiple business disciplines
• Liaise with business department to understand manpower needs and assist to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy
• Act as a business partner and TA advisor on behalf of HQ to understand and tackle recruitment needs & challenges of regional offices
• Be PPG's brand ambassador promoting our employee value proposition to inspire and engage candidates
• Support TA-related projects & initiatives e.g. Internship Program, Employer Branding, Process Improvement etc.
• Administrate TA metrics report, inclusive of invoicing and cost-tracking
• Assist in handling various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives

About You

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, agile, fast-paced and collaborative environment with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, together with:

• Circa 2 - 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience in using recruitment tools e.g. ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.
• A detail-mind, well organized with a strong analytical mind, initiative and proactive.
• Excellent time management, able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate available is preferable.
