Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to engineering team
• Manage schedule for meetings and appointments and coordinate related arrangement
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials
• Other secretarial assistance including but not limited to typing of documents, emails and reports, photocopying, printing and binding 
• Handle multi-task projects and assist in ad hoc assignments
• Updating project files, data entry, filing and scanning

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good PC knowledge and skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
• Good manner, team work spirit and well-organized
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
