Our client is an integrated education company with a large footprint in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Their business portfolio to cover school, education management and advisory. They are now inviting experience candidate to join as Group Human Resources Manager (TA & Employee engagement focus)

Responsibilities

• Report to Chief Human Resources Officer and work closely with the business unit head, you play a part to provide HR strategic support and advisory to the business include talent acquisition, policy administration and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 10 years working experience with sizeable organization as HR Business Partner with a board knowledge of HR Best practices
• Commercial savvy, agile, outstanding business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective.
• Proven ability to communicate issues within HR processes and identify potential solutions.
• High energy level with strategic mindset, ability to establish and maintain good relationships with line management, peers and key partners.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
