Our client is a global renowned employee centric top pier consumer brand. They are one of the market leader with large proportion of market shareThey treats themself as a caring employers who makes decision based on both business and employee perspective. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a Human Resource Manager/ Senior HR Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Employee Insights in the Workforce Plan / Headcount Plan / Capability Plan Process
  •  drive strategic priorities as a change agent and advocate to designated employee segments / teams. 
  • Provide inputs to the design of effective change communication methods and channels, especially from an employee perspective\
  • Responsible to deliver employee experience and engagement. Understand, pinpoint critical value and deliver overall action plan in the employee experience journey relevant for market and designated employee segments.
  • Design employee engagement programs focusing on optimizing employee experience for designated employee segment / teams
  • Facilitate focus groups and gather feedback on communication and engagement effectiveness. 
  • Derive preliminary insights from survey results and propose enhancements to employee experience and well-being
  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires in office – responsible for Day 1 welcome and briefing. Plan 100-day onboarding program, curate relevant content and deliver onboarding briefing and programs for designated employee segment
  • Responsible for completing checklist of access set-ups for new hires
  • Responsible for maintaining targets of satisfaction / quality scores on onboarding experience. Evaluate satisfaction results and propose improvement
  • Handle general enquiries with regards to systems and policies / guidelines on Performance
  • Support and coach managers in the proper and appropriate use of the Performance Module in WD and the application of Performance Framework
  • Initiate exit procedure including workday processes, in partnership with Business Services.
  • Conduct exit interviews for designated employee segments and leverage information to improve employee retention and experience
  • Provide termination report (from Workday) to market stakeholders when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above in dynamic HR experience gained in multi-national organizations 
  • Open candidate with experience from any consumer facing industry, such as retail, FMCG, hospitality, banking etc
  • Excellent writing skill is a must
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as HR Manager
