Job Highlights

• 3 - 5 years working experience in Japan and Hong Kong Securities markets
• Working experience in a Japanese securities company is a plus
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operations, including Japan, Hong Kong, and other overseas equities as well as futures, options, bonds and Forex;
• Handle CCASS / DCASS daily operations;
• Manage daily stock reconciliations;
• Process fund in/out transactions for clients and brokers;
• Assist senior management in any ad-hoc projects assigned;
• Assist in system modification and responsible for UAT;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in futures settlement;
• Sound knowledge in CCASS and DCASS operations;
• Sound knowledge in rules and procedures for handling client money and securities; Capable of handling a full set of settlements on securities and futures;
• Understanding the operations of securities clearing institutions in Japan;
• Good communication skills with independent, reliable and detail-oriented working habits and able to work under pressure;
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Working-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is a plus
