Job Description
Our client is a reputable global fund manager and they are now seeking for 2-5 years portfolio management analyst/senior analyst to be part of their exciting team.
Job Description
- Support in financial analysis and due diligence on real estate acquisitions, investment and development projects in Hong Kong
- Prepare of management and investor reports
- Assist in market research and analysis as well as presentation on new initiatives across HK & other regions
- Ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirement
- Degree in business administration or related disciplines with 2-5 years experience in real estate investment gained from real estate private equity, investment banks or consultancies
- Enjoys being part of a multi-functional team, and all parts of the business
- Goes the ‘extra mile’ to deliver timely solutions, and always keeping the customer updated
- Strong in cashflow modeling as well as strong numerical sense
- Excellent written and spoken English, Asian language is a plus
