Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide all-round support to the Credit & Risk Control team including credit management and debt collection in a timely manner, procedures and billing mechanism development/ regular review as well as regular reporting
- Identify and report any potential credit risks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder effectively
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Handle enquiries and deal with overdue cases
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder in Property Management / Real Estate / Facility Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience in leasing field would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Detailed minded with strong risk control sense
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
