Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist front office team in client loan application, liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth credit evaluation and timely approval;
• Prepare loan documentation and ensure condition precedent fulfillment and input of clients' credit facilitates;
• Participate in large loan projects, including client due diligence, stock fundamental analysis, borrower's credit analysis, post-loan management etc;
• Handle special projects in coordination with other internal business lines;
• Follow workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency;
• Assist in formulating credit policies, guidelines and procedures of credit activities;
• To take up ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Qualified RA1 and RA2 licensed representative; 
• University graduate with major in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in financial institutions or security firm;
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Experienced in project coordination will be an advantage;
• Strong knowledge in margin financing, stock market, equity research, wealth management product etc
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
