Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting new funds with different types and liaise with independent parties as part of the set-up process.
• Perform operation tasks, including the clients’ fund subscription and redemption, product description, annual review on clients’ risk profile etc.
• Close communication with internal or external parties, such as Legal & Compliance, fund administrators, banks, auditor, and custodian on fund related matters.
• Prepare & review for monthly valuation and NAV statements.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or Business related subjects.
• 1-2 year of fund operation experience, preferably gained from the accounting firms or asset management firms or PE firms or financial services firms, excellent fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to work independently under pressure and self-motivated, proactive, detail minded and target oriented.
• Able to solve problem independently and multi-tasking.
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English, with fluent Putonghua.
