職責： 

• 負責香港國際配售ECM等業務機構銷售，主要是券商、公私募基金、保險資管、國內海外資產銷售管道等;
• 負責金融同業機構及管道開發，挖掘優質專案，維護與國內公募、私募基金、信託公司、銀行、投資、財富管理公司等金融機構的關係，開展全面業務合作；
• 新產品發行，與合作發行產品的銀行、信託公司、公募、私募基金進行產品對接及後續跟進；
• 協同分支機構開展金融產品銷售業務，協助分支機構開發以私募管理人為核心的機構投資者，擴大公司交易性資產規模

任職要求： 

• 經濟學或金融類學科畢業；
• 2年相關金融行業工作經驗；
• 熟悉香港及深圳券商資管、公募私募產品的發行和銷售流程，有相關產品設計經驗優先；
• 熟悉金融政策和法律法規，對金融產品的募集、投資和管理有較深瞭解；
• 熟悉當地的、金融和財富狀況，有豐富的管道和業內廣泛的人際關係；
• 敏銳的洞察力，有創新思維，能有效整合資源，善於捕捉市場機會；
• 具有較強的文字能力；
• 具備相應基金產品的財務及法律知識；
• 具備國際配售ECM銷售背景優先考慮
