Job Description

  • Work closely with relationship managers to originate and execute syndicated loan and structured loan transactions including acquisitions, leveraged buyout, cross-border financing, pre-IPO financing, asset backed financing and project finance
  • Responsible for preparation of pitchbook and information memorandum, loan pricing, syndication strategy and negotiation of loan documents
  • Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets and the related regulations, familiar with cashflow projection and modeling
  • Aggressive, result-oriented with good business acumen and a team player, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must
  • Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years relevant experience for Senior Product Manager or 8 years for Chief Product Manager
  • Candidates with solid green and sustainable loan experiences will be considered for the role of Green and Sustainable Financing advisor
  • Holder of HKMA 1, 4 licenses is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
