Job duties:

• Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions and transfer
• Follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquires
• Ensure to comply regulatory requirements, company procedures /policies
• Assist various functional testing for systems enhancement purposes
• Participate in ad-hoc projects when necessary

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Years of pension fund administration experience
• Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulation in Hong Kong
• Detail-oriented, passionate and with good customer service skills
• Proficient in computer literature
