Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and professional customer services to clients including order placing IPOs processing
• Handle clients’ enquiries regarding settlement matters
• Respond to clients’ enquiries on different types of product
• Order placing for clients and sales using online systems
• Provide proper administrative support

Requirements:

• Secondary education with relevant experiences in financial brokerage is preferred
• Potential holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and/or Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) licenses
• Willing to learn, service attitude and result oriented
• Good communication skill and must be PC literate, including Chinese typing
• Sensitive to numbers
• Good knowledge of local stocks and futures is definitely an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
