Responsibilities: 

* Support sales team and institution distributors to promote the funds

* Reach out to new investors and maintain existing relationship with investors

* Participate in sale and marketing events through various activities

* Support day-to-day queries from clients, fund administrators and prospective investors

* Prepare and maintain regular marketing materials including fund pitchbook, newsletter and fund factsheets

* Update and maintain company website with attention to relevant legal and regulatory requirements

* Handle fund subscription and redemption matters

* Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

   Requirements: 

* University graduate with Finance, Economics or Business-related disciplines

* 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in the industry

* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent Mandarin is a MUST

* Multitasking skills, ability to manage priorities and workflows and meet deadlines

* Proficient in MS office, particularly PPT and Excel

* Independent personality with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently

* Fresh Graduates welcome
