Role Purpose

• Oversee financial systems such as account system, procurement system etc.;
• Collect and understand business requirements, convert them into functional/ technical design specification, and advise solution to fit the requirements;
• Perform system testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and reconcile data across systems;
• Partner with E-commerce, IT & Digital team and vendors to design, develop and enhance various systems by combining system, data, process, digital and other automation tools with subject matter knowledge to address business needs;
• Create and maintain Finance system documentation including process flows, user guides, manuals and provide training to internal users;
• Manage the Change Management process for new systems and workflows to drive user adoption and ensure smooth transition process;
• Manage DCC/MCP in payment channels.
• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties and manage vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery;
• Perform any other duties assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• University graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Financial Management or Business Technology is preferred;
• Experience in functional and technical specifications documentation, system implementation, conduct system test, support user acceptance test;
• Adequate knowledge of accounting, budgeting and cost management;
• Proficient in SQL with performance tuning and optimization is a must;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Team player that able to work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others;
• Excellent vendor management, project management, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good influential skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills;
• Self-starter with multi-tasking capability and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Analyst, Financial System.
