- Prepare daily agency performance report for KPIs monitoring
- Analyze agency performance for management strategic planning
- Support planning/ projection process by providing quality agency analysis
- Work closely with IT department to enhance and streamline the reporting process and ensure the report system development can be delivered within the time line
- Facilitate the daily administrative work
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirement
- University Degree, Major in Business Admin preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in insurance industry
- Strong problem solving skill and result-orientated
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Chinese Inputting is an advantage
