Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the Group HR & Administration Director
- Act as a lead local Team & the Group’s HR Operations Team to manage the full spectrum of human resources activities, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, staff cost and budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, HR compliance, performance management, training and development, taxation, employee onboarding and off boarding activities etc.
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to CG-5 and HKMA Bank Cultural Reform
- Drive re-engineering of HR processes and procedures
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS Manage issues related to Remuneration Committee
- Ad hoc HR projects assigned
Requirements
- Degree in HR Management or related discipline
- 8+ years of well-rounded HR experience in which 4 years as HR Business Partner in sizable organizations
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
- Proactive, self-motivated, people-oriented and committed working attitude, and great passion in HR industry
- Strong planning, organizing, interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
