Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute, manage and drive the revenue growth strategies/initiatives of Group Insurance business that has been assigned by the department head
2. Achieve both top and bottom line targets in corporate clients
3. Work closely with brokers and agents to explore potential clients with the need of employee benefits
4. Identify and solicit direct potential client portfolio
5. Assist sales managers/senior managers in delivering the services for the corporate clients in respect of Group Insurance business
6. Provide support to direct customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services
7. Assist the execution of sales and marketing strategies and campaign in order to achieve the sales targets

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in insurance or business related discipline
2. IIQE Paper I & III are required. Possess relevant insurance professional qualifications such as FLMI and ANZIIF is an advantage
3. At least 3 years of experience in insurance industry, preferably with management experience of employee benefits. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Business Development Senior Officer
4. Good product knowledge in Group medical or life business
5. Has proven sales track record
6. Excellent in presentation skill and interpersonal skills
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
