Job description:

• Participate in the drafting of various business management analysis reports and reporting materials of the company;
• Participate in the formulation and regular inspection of the company's overall strategic plan;
• Participate in writing various industry supervision and competition situations, regional business environment analysis reports, etc;
• In accordance with the company's strategic development direction and the requirements of the board of directors, participate in the company's organizational structure and the design and adjustment of the functions of various departments;
• In accordance with the work arrangements of the board of directors, the operation management committee and the chief executive officer, participate in the company's various major and special operation and management tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ experience in financial industry;
• Has been worked in research department/ management office/ board office/ strategy department or finance department in financial institutions will be an advantage;
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated mindset;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
