Duties 

•       Responsible for team management, lead the team to build, and manage the SME Knowledge Base
•       Manage the development of the SME knowledge base, update project schedule, follow up the enquires and requests from project team and IT/supplier, ensure timely project schedule
•       Assist test case study and UAT feedback, support system authentication.
•       Lead the team to liaise with SME segment and product managers on knowledge transfer and ensure that accurate product knowledge is acquired and updated timely

Requirements  

•       Degree holder or above with 3-5 years of experience in banking or tele-servicing industry
•       Knowledge and Experiences in managing SME customers
•       Moderate knowledge in compliance, industrial practice, risk management, principles and control structure
•       Knowledge in project management and business strategy
•       Ability to analyze business and data, and produce report
