- Support on potential investment analysis and valuation, verification of property information and development potential
- Perform company search and land search, due diligence activities coordination
- Provide market research and collate market transactions, property news, government policies and maintain the relevant database
- Other duties as required by Senior Management
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline;
- 2-3 years’ working experience in property related field, preferably gained from property developers or consultants; Fresh graduated is welcome
- Well organised, Self-motivated, strong analytical & organizational skills
- High Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent command in spoken & written English and Chinese
