Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities;
• Oversee the compliance functions of the Company and take necessary actions to ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and company guidelines;
• Supervise and manage daily securities brokerage operations for local markets, including the account opening process, account maintenance, and customer services;
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and standards of good market practices;
• Handle ad hoc projects and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Computer science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in asset management securities firms;
• SFC registered RO/Qualified Representative for license 1 preferred;
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, and risk management control;
• Solid understanding of middle and back-office operations, risk controls, and investment process of fund management companies;
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Immediate availability is preferred.
