Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development etc
  • Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line and back office positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, offer proposals, on / off boarding process
  • Manage several recruitment channels and keep sourcing new platforms
  • Support visa application, qualification assessment, background check & safeguarding
    procedures 
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system
  • Handle staff leave and attendance reports and enquiries
  • Handle staff benefits administration
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

(1) Human Resources Officer - Virtual Bank 
  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience
  • Payroll calculation experience is a must
  • Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances/
    regulations
  • Flexible, proactive, self-motivated and teachable
  • Immediate available is an advantage
(2) Human Resources Officer / SO/Assistant Manager - Securities firm

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Payroll calculation experience is a must
  • Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances/
    regulations
  • Flexible, proactive, self-motivated and teachable
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer or Assistant Manager
  • Immediate available is an advantage
