Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have extensive exposure in the hedge fund industry for back office operations, including but not limited to reconciling daily trading and cash positions, and Net Asset Values for hedge funds with dynamic trading strategies across different financial markets and investment products. You should have fundamental knowledge and experience in the funds industry.

Responsibilities:

• Daily trading positions and cash reconciliations against counterparty records
• Identification, investigation and resolving discrepancies on the reconciliations  
• Liaisons with hedge fund clients, prime brokers and fund administrators
• Be able to work towards the agreed client deadlines and manage client expectations accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Willingness to work on public holiday to accommodate and support clients’ requirements
• 1-3 years working experience in fund administration, previous experience in hedge funds is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of different types of investment product
• Positive working attitude and the ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
• Hardworking, self-initiated and good team player
• Good command in both English and Cantonese
