Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping and supporting the Hong Kong Branch on Green & Sustainable Finance
• Coordinating with Headquarters and converting Headquarters’ policy on Green Finance to Hong Kong Branch, developing relevant policies or guidelines
• To raise ESG & Sustainability initiatives
• Keep abreast of market and regulatory development on ESG and Sustainability matters
• Establish and maintain relationships with external parties including ESG consultants, non-governmental organizations, sustainability practitioners etc.
• Support Hong Kong Branch’s Green & Sustainable Finance data collection and reporting
• Participate in ad-hoc project

Requirements:

•  Degree holder or above in Environmental Science, Economics or related disciplines
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or consulting industry and familiar with banking business, processes and products.  Experience in ESG, green and sustainable banking, and climate risk management an advantage
•  Fast learner and self-motivated with strong analytical skills and the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data and information
•   Ability to work independently and to coordinate with different parties to deliver is essential
•   Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin.
