Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to Corporate Finance Directors and team.

  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.

  • Arrange travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements.

  • Prepare presentation materials and reports.

  • Maintain filing system and perform other ad-hoc assistance when required.

    Requirements:-

  • Secondary education or above with formal secretarial training.

  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience preferably with financial institution or legal firms.

  • Diligent, mature, independent and trustworthy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Strong initiative and well organized.

  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure when required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PPT etc.

  • Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Hardworking and willing to work overtime when required .
