Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to Corporate Finance Directors and team.
Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
Arrange travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements.
Prepare presentation materials and reports.
Maintain filing system and perform other ad-hoc assistance when required.
Requirements:-
Secondary education or above with formal secretarial training.
Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience preferably with financial institution or legal firms.
Diligent, mature, independent and trustworthy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong initiative and well organized.
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PPT etc.
Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility.
Hardworking and willing to work overtime when required .
