Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the contact point for clients on all onboarding related matters
• Assists clients with document collection, queries from clients and account set up
• Works closely with different parties to ensure that clients onboarding process is conducted efficiently
• Arranging clients full onboarding process which includes the deployment and monitoring of internal teams' SLA
• Ensuring that clients receive the best onboarding experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant onboarding experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge and experience KYC/CDD/Client onboarding experience
• Experienced in dealing with FI or corporate clients is a MUST
• Previous client facing experience will be an ADVANTAGE
