Job Description

Our client, a reputable bank in Central, is looking for a VP of Compensation & Benefits to join their HR team.

 Responsibilities

  • Design and create the Bank’s C&B programmes, including grading structure, salary scale, annual salary review, bonus scheme, performance management system, payroll operations and employee benefit programmes etc.
  • Review and refurbish the performance management system
  • Review HR policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook, Performance Management policy, Remuneration Policy, Leave Policy, Travel and Entertainment Policy, Insurance Policy, and other employee benefits

Requirements

  • University graduate, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment legislation
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits area, preferably from banks or financial institutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
