Responsibilities

• Be the team member of the Non-Listed Product Business Support team of Operations Department
• Assist team lead to manage daily operation, including funds order processing, trade support, settlement, fees payment, monitor pre-matching, stock reconciliation, corporate actions, etc.
• Liaise with counterparties, peers, custodians, authorities, etc. to follow up any operational issues and enquiries
• Continuously review the process flow and make or suggest improvements to strengthen the system in managing the process and the operational risk
• Train and coach junior members in processing daily works
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business with 5 years of operations related experience
• Strong knowledge in different market practices and product features
• Usage in common industry facilities like CreationOnline, Omego Oasys, Bloomberg, etc.
• High capability to adapt to changing working requirements
• Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and able to work under pressure
• Logical and systematic thinking
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Associate
