Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of daily settlement operations of HK and Global Stock;
• Handle daily trade settlement and CCASS operations, clients' fund/securities deposit and withdrawal;
• Handle the subscription and redemption of authorized funds/ bonds / ELN;
• Reconcile bank and broker's confirmations;
• Liaise with external counter-parties and other departments on settlement issues;
• Work closely with other team members such as portfolio manager, trading, finance, and compliance to ensure the operational process is smooth;
• Assist with the account opening and account maintenance;
• Review operation procedures regularly;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/ Banking & Finance/ Business Management / Finance or related discipline;
• At least 2 years of settlement experience in HK and overseas stock markets;
• Familiar with CCASS and internal settlement system;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently with good communication skills;
• Strong team player with interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Willing to work on shift and public holidays;
• Immediate availability is preferable.
