Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the business platform MIS function to generate regular reports for performance management
- Support development of platform business and the transition of business strategy into budget targets
- Perform analysis on business performance of the lines of products/services, channels and segments, provide insightful MIS and management reports to the senior executive
- Set financial goal measurement and performance indicators for the lines of products/services, channels and segments
- Provide market and business trend analysis, business performance forecast, variance analysis and advise on adjustment actions
- Maintain effective communication of business performance insight to business teams
- Lead and participate in various MI projects, collaborate with various parties to ensure smooth launch of projects
Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business performance analysis, preferably in financial industry
- Sound analytical, problem solving, project management and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, with sound knowledge in MS Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
