Responsibilities:

• Driving profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term relationships with UHNW/HNW clients;
• Generating a healthy pipeline of target market prospects and converting them into clients;
• Advising on asset allocation in line with the client needs, and providing investment solutions to clients based on their investment profile, strategy, and risk appetite;
• Managing business, investment, and regulatory risks of your own client book and ensuring compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations;
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and sources of wealth generation;
• Anticipate events in a client’s life and business which have significant financial implications;
• Build relationships with client families that cross generations to establish long-term connections;
• Develop tailored solutions that address clients' investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs;
• Set challenging goals, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments to achieve objectives;
• Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of financial working experience, preferably in private banking, investment banking, premium banking, retail banking serving HNW clients;
• Well-built client’s relationship;
• Basic may be paid based on AUM;
• Experiences in PB / EAM/ IAM is highly preferred;
• Business-oriented, mature and independent mindset is essential;
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
