Job Summary:

• Regional role
• As a key member of the financial management team to provide analytical support and advice to company strategic planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial analysis of retail, e-commerce and wholesale business proposal and other business opportunities
• Prepare consolidated management reports for senior management
• Perform monthly analysis on sales and margin, operating expenses, cash from operation and balance sheet items
• Co-ordinate with country finance teams to deliver budget and forecast, monthly reporting, track progress and highlight any risks or opportunities to senior management
• Support and partner with business team on key business initiatives and projects at the local and regional level
• Assist in ongoing process improvement for higher efficiency
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified CPA
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably with audit experience and FP&A experience in retail/fashion business and regional markets
• Good analytical skills with strong business acumen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels within an organization
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Financial Analyst
