Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement for the local stock market, including but not limited to securities settlement, corporate action, client fund transfers, IPO, placement, etc.
• Liaise with the front office, banks and external authorities to follow up on settlement related issues
• Ensure the procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in system enhancements, application testing and support to improve online services.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years related experience in brokerage industry
• Familiar with relevant compliance rules and regulations, CCASS, DCASS operations
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
• Great communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Manager
