Job duties:

• Execution of corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies
  
• Drafting statutory announcements, circulars and prospectus
  
• Assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and conducting financial due diligence

Requirements:

• University degree and preferably an accounting or legal qualification or MBA
• 1-2 years' relevant working experience, preferably having experience in IPO, M&A or working with listed companies or reputable audit firms
  
• Strong analytical and report writing ability
• Willing to travel and work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
