Job Description:

•   Closely monitor the business development and conduct financial analysis across various business lines of the Company and regional offices for top management. 
•   Prepare management reports and presentations in Chinese, including business plans, executive summaries, business updates, financial analyses, and other ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
•   Assist to engage and liaise with internal & external stakeholders to foster business development and cross-border collaboration within the Group.
•   Identify and optimize the efficiency and quality in reporting and database functionality when necessary.
•   Assist to coordinate the business initiatives/proposals and documentation, including the approval from shareholders and board of directors of the Company and its subsidiaries.
•   Engage in cross-divisional/regional business projects and ad-hoc projects as required.

 Requirements :

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Statistics or related disciplines.
• 2-6 years or above relevant working experience or hands-on FP&A experience gained from securities firms/financial institutions.
• Sound knowledge of global financial markets and products.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, passionate in financial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation; good report writing skills (in Chinese) is a plus.
• Good business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CPA/CFA/FRM candidate is a plus.
• Great team player who is able to work independently and effectively at all levels.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Excel (VBA), MS Word and Chinese word-processing. 
• Candidate should include current salary and expected salary in the CV.
