Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate opportunities in-line with company’s strategic priorities
- Analyze target companies within the specific market segments
- Join M&A related activities and transaction processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplines. Qualified CPA/CFA is preferable
- At least 2 years of deal transaction from big 4 or in-house M&A function
- Good business sense and awareness of commercial and economic issues
